Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Nibform (nibform.com), a web application for filling, editing and signing PDF documents. Nibform is operated by NH Media LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using Nibform you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Nibform runs in your web browser. Documents you open are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your documents and for the accuracy of anything you fill in or sign.

2. Plans and payment

Nibform offers a Free plan and a paid Plus plan, described on our Pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep Plus until the end of the paid period.

3. License keys

After purchase you receive a Plus license key that is stored in your browser. Keys are for your personal or internal business use and may not be shared, resold or circumvented.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Nibform to forge signatures, falsify documents, commit fraud, or break any law, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service or its license system.

5. No legal or tax advice

Nibform is a document tool. It does not provide legal, tax or professional advice, and electronic signatures created with it may not be accepted for every purpose. Check requirements with the party receiving your document.

6. Disclaimer

Nibform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NH Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Nibform in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update Nibform or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. We may suspend license keys used in breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
