This policy explains how NH Media LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, handles information when you use Nibform (nibform.com).

Your documents stay on your device

PDFs and images you open in Nibform are processed locally in your browser. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else, and we cannot see them.

What is stored in your browser

Nibform uses your browser's local storage to keep your settings, drafts, saved signatures and templates, and your Plus license key. This data stays on your device; you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Nibform also uses a service worker to cache the app's own files so it works offline.

License key service

When you buy or refresh Plus, the app contacts our key service at api.nibform.com to fetch and validate your license key, using your Paddle transaction or license ID. This exchange contains no document content.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing and payment details under Paddle's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Third-party services

The app loads fonts from Google Fonts and PDF libraries from cdnjs (Cloudflare), and our site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers may receive your IP address and standard request data when serving those files. Nibform does not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us about, correct or delete any information we hold about you (generally limited to license records) by emailing us. We do not sell personal information.

Children

Nibform is not directed to children under 13.
