Refund Policy

If you are not happy with Nibform Plus, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans, including renewals.

How to request a refund

• Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund; or
• Email us at [email protected] with your order number or purchase email.

Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once refunded, your Plus license key is deactivated.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Nibform is operated by NH Media LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company.
